- Every wasteful term with suggested negatives
NegativeFinder reads your Google Ads search term reports, uses AI to identify what won't convert, and helps you approve and apply negatives in minutes, not hours.

A real scan: NegativeFinder found $1,672 in wasted spend and suggested 119 negative keywords, each with the reason it won't convert.
Three steps to cut wasted spend from your search terms. You approve every change.
Sign in with Google and pick the accounts you manage.
We learn your business from your campaigns and ads, then read your search terms and flag the ones wasting money.
Approve the negatives you want. One click adds them to Google Ads.
Performance Max includedMost tools ignore Performance Max entirely. We don't: PMax search terms are reviewed just like your Search terms.
Converting searches are untouchableIf a search has ever converted, we never suggest blocking it. And every broad negative is checked so it can't block a converting search by accident.
Your keywords are off limitsA search term that matches a keyword you actively bid on is kept automatically, before the AI ever sees it.
Undo anytimeEvery applied negative can be undone in one click, and every change shows up in your Google Ads change history.

No. If a term has ever converted, even once, we never suggest a negative for it. That safeguard is built in, not left up to the AI.
Yes, anytime. Every applied negative is reversible in one click, and changes made through NegativeFinder appear in your Google Ads change history. You can also move a negative between campaign, ad group, or shared list in one step.
Yes. PMax search terms go through the same classification and safety checks as your Search terms, with per-term cost from Google's own reporting, and negatives apply at the campaign level or to a shared list. One caveat: Google hides low-volume PMax terms from every tool.
Every term that spent money, plus the highest-volume of the rest. On very large accounts the scan page tells you exactly how many low-traffic terms were skipped and why, and you can pick your own review size (top 200 or top 1,000 by spend).
From your own account. If you have not written a description, we build one from the keywords you bid on, your ad copy, your existing negatives, your campaign names, and your landing page. You can write your own description anytime, and we use yours instead.
You could, and for a one-off batch it works. The rest is what a chat can't do: we build a business context automatically from your account and landing page, judge each term against it individually with a reason you can read, and check every suggestion against your own keywords and conversions. Hundreds of suggestions collapse into a few safe negatives. And instead of copying them out of a chat window, you review everything on one screen: edit a negative or its match type inline, apply what you approve in one click, undo anytime, and re-scan on a schedule that only surfaces what's new.
To classify terms we send the search term text and its cost, click, and conversion counts to our AI provider, plus a short description of what you sell. We do not send your customer IDs, campaign IDs, or your identity. We never change your account without an explicit Apply from you.
Take them. On the free plan, when you hit Apply you can instead download your selected negatives, with your edits and match types, as a CSV shaped for Google Ads bulk upload. Apply them by hand; we would rather you leave with the work.
Yes. NegativeFinder is a native Claude connector: add it, approve one consent screen, and ask about your scans and suggested negatives directly. Applying anything still requires your explicit approval.
