Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NegativeFinder (“the Service,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service does
NegativeFinder reads search-term data from the Google Ads accounts you connect, classifies each term using AI, and suggests negative keywords you can review and apply.
Plans, billing, and renewal
- The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Agency). Current prices and plan limits are shown in the pricing section and inside the product before any purchase.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- We may change prices or plan limits; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and material changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing → Manage billing in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
- Payments for partial billing periods are not refunded by default. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact support@negativefinder.com and we will make it right.
- If you have a billing dispute, contact us first; we usually resolve issues faster than a card dispute. You can also dispute a charge with your card issuer at any time.
Your Google Ads accounts
- You authorize NegativeFinder to access your Google Ads accounts through Google's OAuth consent flow. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.
- NegativeFinder never modifies your accounts on its own. Every negative keyword is written only after you explicitly approve that specific suggestion. There is no autonomous mode.
- You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before approving them and for the changes you choose to apply to your accounts.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with its operation, or to violate Google's terms or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
Classifications are suggestions
AI classifications and suggested negatives are provided to assist your judgment, not to replace it. They may be incorrect. You are responsible for the final decision on any change applied to your Google Ads accounts.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NegativeFinder and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
